TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change without notice, and should be reviewed by you each time you access the Site. In these Terms and Conditions, the words “you” and “your” refer to each customer and Site visitor. The words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. We strongly recommend that you take the time to read through these Terms and Conditions. If at any time you find these Terms and Conditions unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.
These Terms and Conditions require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.
Dispute Resolution: Any claim between or among the parties, shall at the request of any party, be determined by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in British Columbia, Canada. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The institution and maintenance of an action for judicial relief or pursuit of provisional or ancillary remedy shall not constitute a waiver of the right of any party, including the plaintiff, to submit the claim to arbitration if any other party contests such action for judicial relief.
Site Contents: The Site is owned and operated by THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. Unless otherwise stated, the Site and everything you see on it, including but not limited to, all information, illustrations, designs, icons, data, text, files, images, photographs, video clips and written and other materials (collectively, the “Contents”), are copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. or its associates, affiliates or related companies. The Contents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You agree that no right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software will be transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Viruses: THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage to, or viruses that may affect your computer equipment or other property in connection with your access to and use of the Site or your downloading any of the Contents of the Site.

Intellectual Property: The trademarks, logos, service marks and other names and icons identifying services displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. , or are licensed for use by THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. . You are granted a limited, revocable license to print or download for personal and non-commercial use only. You hereby acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests, including but not limited to rights covered by the intellectual property rights, in and to the Site, and that you will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Site as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Your use of the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third-party’s copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. , its suppliers, affiliates, associates and related companies, from and against any and all manner of suits, proceedings, damages, claims, demands, costs, expenses, judgments and liabilities of any kind arising from your use of the Site, its Contents and related software.

Waiver: Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or rights contained in these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the waiver by us of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision or any other provision.

Right to Refuse: You acknowledge that THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time. Termination of use can occur at any time for any reason without notice.

Acknowledgement: BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, our privacy policy, any disclaimers, and any other documents we deem relevant constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and THE RAJPUT IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS INC. with respect to the Site, and supersede all

prior and contemporaneous understanding, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall, unless either party requests arbitration, be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Province of British Columbia.
